| Admission
to the Hotel The commitment to give board
is undertaken from the moment the hotelier
agreeds to reserve the room ordered by the
customer or by someone else on his behalf.

Booking Rooms: The customer who books rooms
undertakes to stay there until the agreed date.
Bookings with deposit
are valid until 10 a.m. the following day. Bookings not backed by a
deposit are valid until 4.m. on the agreed day of arrival.

| Contract Terms
and Duration Unless
agreed otherwise, the board contract shall be
considered to be stipulated
for one day. Its duration, should the room not
have beenvacated by 12 a.m. the
following day, is extended to each subsequent
day as long as the room is free. The
room is not available for use by the guest
until 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If for any reason the hotelier should find
himself, unable, for reasons beyond his
control, to respect the agreement made, he
shall offer the customer equivalent
bord in another hotel of the category,
undertaking to pay any diffrence in
price himself.
Any customer who cuts short the period of stay
agreed on the hotel, except in
a case of force majeure supported by
documentary evidence, shall pay the
hotelier
the price of the room for the period specified
of the booking, except in cases in whiic
the blame can be attributed to the hotelier or
to his employees.

Rendering
of additional services No supplement
is charget to the customer for use of the
mini-bar (with the exception of the items consumed), radio or
cable radio; or the TV, in so much as these are part of the room furnishings. If
equipment is made available by the hotelier at the customer?s request, an extra
charge previously quoted to the customer is made.

Reception - Stay - Damage by Animals
Pets are admitted to the hotel if prior
autorization is given by the hotelier. If
premission is given, the hotelier may charge a
supplement if this is previously
quoted to and accepted by the customer.
The customer must keep the pet admitted in
his/her own room and in such a way
as to disturbance or damage.
Outside the room dog must wear a muzzle.
It is forbidden to let animals stay in the
pubblic areas of the hotel (D.P.R. -
Presidential Decree of 23rd March 1980 no. 237
and municipal bylaws).
Guide-dogs accompanying the blind are an
exception.

Car-parks No
supplements are charged to customers for the use
of car-parks without
attendants belonging to the hotel.
Supplements may be charged for garages or
car-parks with attendants but must not exceed
car-park tariffs.

Extra beds and rooms with twin beds
In an extra bed is added a single room at the
customer?s request (where this is
possible - see D.P.R. - Presidential Decree of
30th December 1970 no. 1437 art.
1), the supplement must not exceed 35% of the
cost of the single room and in any
case the price of double room.
If the bed is added to a room with twin beds
the supplement must not exceed 35%
of the cost of the room with twin beds.
If a customer has booked a single room and is
given a double room, the price paid
must be that of single room.

Paying the Bill Bills
must be paid by the customer on presentation.
Payment may be made in the local currncy, or
(if previously suggested and
agreed to) in foreign currency, by bank (or
circular) cheque, travel agency
coupons, or credit card. If the bill is not
paid, the hotelier can refuse to surrender
the belongings and items left with him/her and
detain the customer's luggage (arts.
2756-2760 and 2761 of the Civil Code).

Board and Lodging "Board
and Lodging" is subject to an agreement
between customer and hotelier, and
prices are stated.
The cost is calculated from the first meal
eaten by the customer after his/her arrval.
Meals which were not served to the customer on
the day of arrival are served on
the day of departure, for no extra charge.
Customers paying for board and lodging
do not receive reductions for meals they do
not have in the hotel.
If a customer is paying for "full
board" and requires a packeed lunch to
replace a
meal at the next day, the hotelier shall
provide a packed lunch containing
sufficient food for a meal as the customer
rwquests this alternative before
the end of the evening. The meal supplement is
deducted for meals not eaten by
children anged to 0 to 2, unless the customer
asks to use the kitchen. Unless agreed
otherwise, the following definitions hold
true:
a) Full board:
Overnight stay with breakfast, lunh and
evening meal
b) Half board:
Overnight stay with breakfast and lunch or
evening meal
c) Bed and breakfast:
Overnight stay with breakfast.
The meals are as follows:
- Italian breakfast
- Lunch (dish of the day)
- Evening meal (dish of the day).
The meal prices do not include beverages in
general, alcolic drinks or spirits.
The meals must be eaten at the times displayed
in the hotel or the rooms where
they are served.
The hotelier is not obliged to serve meals
outside these hours and may, in this
cas, charge a supplement.
The "board and lodging" arrangement
is normally stipulated for a period of at least
three days.
Admission to the hotels does not oblige guests
to have or pay for breakfast (R.D.L.
- Royal Decree Law of 23rd November 1936,
no.2469, art.4).
